Darwin's Treehouse is a website designed to bring together secular parents looking to meet other
local like-minded families. While there are a number of secular specific parenting groups scattered
around the globe, these seem to be few and far between. Our goal is to both compile these groups into a
format that makes it easy for parents to locate, and provide a way for individual secular
parents to meet with others and start groups of their own.
If you are an individual looking for a group, we would like to invite you to sign up for our forums
and either join the city sub-forum nearest to you, or if there isn't one listed, please request a city
and we will set it up for you ASAP. We will also do our best to help you build a network of secular
families in your area for support, play dates, and other fun outings.
If you already belong to a secular oriented parenting group and you would like to let others know
you are out there, please join our forum and feel free to post a note in the appropriate city
letting others in your area who join this site know about you.
Please note... membership in this website is open only to atheists, agnostics, freethinkers,
humanists, and whatever other kind of parents there are out there who do not
believe in "God". This site is not the place for evangelistic religious types to promote their
beliefs, debate ours, or annoy our members in any other way. Any activity of this sort will result
in an immediate ban from this site. If you are looking to "save souls", or even just learn about
other beliefs, this is not the site for you.
